📄REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – KENOAH TRIPS

At Kenoah Trips, we understand that plans may change. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds for tours, excursions, transfers, and related services.

1. Cancellation by the Client

You may cancel your booking by informing us clearly by email at:

Cancellation conditions:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled service:
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund or rescheduling, depending on the service provider’s conditions.

• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service:
No refund will be issued.

• No-show on the day of service:
No refund will be provided.

2. Weather & Force Majeure

In case of bad weather, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Kenoah Trips reserves the right to reschedule the activity or offer a refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking and within a maximum of 7–14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Special private charters

  • Personalized itineraries

  • Last-minute bookings

  • Services already started or completed

5. Responsibility

Kenoah Trips acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. Refund eligibility depends on the policies of our partners (boat operators, transport companies, guides, hotels).
